Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Items must be unused and in original condition when applicable.

Contact us within 7 days at: info@ishopecommercemart.com. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Once reviewed, we’ll make it right.


Resolution Options

Approved claims may be resolved with:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit

No Returns For:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Color preference
  • Change of mind
